Catholicism and Sobriety: Why I Choose to Coach Within My Faith

Why Catholic Sobriety?

It's not just about abstaining from alcohol; it's about reclaiming our identity as beloved daughters of God.

This is a question I’m often asked. The answer lies in my own journey of recovery.

For years, I felt isolated in my struggle with alcohol, believing I was alone in my experiences.

It wasn’t until I embraced my faith and sought to serve others that I discovered a community of like-minded women.

My background may seem unrelated – from digital marketing to jewelry retail – but it all led me to where I am today.

Through prayer and discernment, I realized my calling to support Catholic women in their sobriety journey.

I understood the unique challenges we face, not just in overcoming addiction, but in reconciling our faith with our struggles.

My own path back to the Catholic Church intertwined closely with my journey to sobriety.

I understand the complexities of reclaiming one’s faith while battling addiction.

It’s a journey marked by obstacles and doubts, but also by grace and redemption.

As a Catholic sobriety coach, I aim to provide holistic support to women seeking sobriety.

It’s not just about abstaining from alcohol; it’s about reclaiming our identity as beloved daughters of God.

Through coaching, I help clients develop protocols to navigate social situations, manage their mindset, and deepen their faith. But my work extends beyond those in recovery.

I also support women who seek to reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption for any reason.

In a society where drinking is often normalized, many women struggle silently with their relationship to alcohol.

I’m here to stand in the gap for them, offering guidance and support on their journey to sobriety.

For those ready to take the next step, I offer resources like my free 5-day Sacred Sobriety Kick-Start and the Sacred Sobriety Lab – a self-guided program for spiritual growth and freedom from alcohol dependence.

So, why do I do what I do?

Because I believe that no one should have to walk this path alone. Whether you’re struggling with sobriety or simply questioning your relationship with alcohol, know that you are not alone.

There is hope, there is healing, and there is a community waiting to support you on your journey.

Remember, you are loved, you are worthy, and you are not alone.

I would love to hear your story, let’s set up a time to talk.
