Frequently Asked Questions.

Life coaching is for anyone who is looking to grow in an area, or certain areas of their life. A coach helps people get unstuck, build confidence, move through transitions, fulfill their vision and God’s purpose for their life, and take practical steps toward their goals.

Coaching is a partnership of equals. It is client focused and goal directed and is ideal for those who have been feeling stuck and are now ready to take steps to move forward to determine their God-given purpose and live the life they desire.

Coaching is effective for  those looking to acquire better skills to manage relationships, gain a clearer vision, grow and thrive through life transitions, and discover what God is calling them to do and how He has equip them with spiritual gifts to live out their purpose.

Counseling is about healing past hurts and trauma, it’s about looking back and finding ways to overcome painful influences, as well as diagnose and treat mental health issues.

When we meet for our discovery call I’ll ask you questions that will help determine whether you’d benefit more from coaching or counseling

Yes! I do work with clients who are sober curious, want to moderate their drinking for health reasons or are worried their drinking is becoming an issue, and those who are struggling with substance abuse and ready to make a change.

As with any coaching I do, you can schedule a cost-free, 30-minute discovery call so I can determine if you are in a good place for coaching and YOU can determine if I am the right coach for you.

Book a free discovery call with me and we can determine if I am the right coach for you. I am a practicing Catholic and I definitely lean into my faith when I am coaching – if you are a Christian and that doesn’t bother you – then we may be able to work well together. If not, I can refer you to another coach who may  be a better fit.

Yes – if after a Discovery Call it seems like you are ready for coaching and we could work well together. However, if you’d prefer to work with a male coach, let me know and I’ll be happy to refer you to one.

I help Catholic women who are ready to create a healthier relationship with alcohol—whether they want to reduce or completely eliminate it—for any reason. My approach is centered on faith, compassion, and empowerment. Together, we’ll uncover what’s fueling your connection to alcohol and work towards a place where you can take it or leave it with true peace and freedom.

What sets my coaching apart is that it’s deeply personal and tailored to each client’s unique situation. We spend time identifying the underlying patterns, struggles, and desires that are keeping you stuck. Through prayerful reflection, mindset shifts, and practical tools, I’ll help you break free from the chaos that alcohol might be bringing into your life.

We’ll also focus on equipping you with a personalized “toolbox” of strategies that meet your day-to-day needs—whether it’s overcoming social pressures, navigating triggers, or building new habits that truly align with your faith and values. Throughout the process, my goal is to walk alongside you, offering unwavering encouragement and spiritual guidance.

This isn’t just about cutting back or quitting—it’s about creating space for the life God wants for you. Achieving alcohol freedom allows you to experience clarity, joy, and connection in a way that reflects the woman you’re truly meant to be. Every step you take is a step toward living with purpose, freedom, and deep-rooted peace. That’s the transformation I get to witness in my clients, and it’s such a privilege to support them as they step into the fullness of who they are called to be.

God called me to this mission! At first, I thought my path was to grow and scale my marketing business—I was even working with a business coach to make it happen. But the Lord had different plans for me. Having lived alcohol-free for nearly 30 years, I’ve seen the harmful effects of “Mommy Wine Culture” on women and families. It breaks my heart to watch so many women feel trapped in a cycle that robs them of peace and freedom.

Then it became clear—He was asking me to step in, to stand in the gap and guide women who are ready to untangle themselves from alcohol’s grip. My purpose is to help women find true alcohol freedom—to reach a place where they can take it or leave it, completely at peace. This work is about helping them discover the life God is calling them to, free from the chaos and distraction alcohol has caused. It’s an honor to walk alongside these women as they rediscover their purpose, strength, and joy.

My faith is the foundation of everything I do in my business—it’s why I proudly call myself The Catholic Sobriety Coach. It’s not just a name; it’s an intentional choice to reflect the heart of my work. Every step I take with my clients is rooted in prayer, trust in God’s wisdom, and the belief that true freedom comes from aligning with His purpose for our lives. Faith shapes the way I guide and support women, offering not only practical tools but also spiritual encouragement to help them break free from alcohol and step into the peace and joy God desires for them.

One of the greatest joys is witnessing their breakthroughs—the moments when something finally clicks, and they see the path forward with renewed clarity and determination. Seeing women experience more peace in their lives and discover the strength to keep their promises to themselves is truly a gift. It’s remarkable to watch them not only meet their goals but also step into the freedom and grace God desires for them.

I’ve also been deeply encouraged by the feedback I receive about my podcast. Many listeners have shared how it’s been a lifeline for them, offering guidance and hope exactly when they needed it most. Knowing that the Lord is using this platform to reach and inspire women fills me with gratitude and motivates me to keep pressing forward, one episode at a time.

Ultimately, I know this work is about so much more than me. It’s about creating space for God to move in the lives of these women, helping them rediscover their purpose, and walking alongside them as they step into a life of peace, fulfillment, and freedom. Watching that transformation unfold is a reminder of why I’m here—and it’s an honor I never take lightly.
